The most powerful question I've ever been asked: What is the one thing you would do if you knew you would not fail? Since then, everything that has unfolded in my life has been my own deliberate and thoughtful answering of that question.

I have always felt called to help others learn, heal and grow. When I was a young man I first discovered the healing powers of yoga and massage while I was an inpatient at a drug & alcohol rehabilitation center in West Palm Beach, FL. I'm grateful to say that I've taken those tools that I learned when I was just 20 years old and used them along with others I've picked up along the way to transform my life. During my early 20s, I completed my degree from Princeton University, attended a massage training program, and continued my ongoing dabbling in yoga studies. When I next met difficulty during my late 20s due to a serious back injury from a car accident, I strengthened my connection to these healing modalities. Yoga, massage, and meditation helped relieve my significant physical pain that limited my activity for nearly 18 months. This journey through healing during my early years inspired me to offer what I'd learned to others so that they may live their best possible lives, free from the physical burdens and emotional hurdles that life often presents. Since then I have devoted myself full time to being a healer, a guide, a teacher, and a mentor for others in need. I've treated thousands with massage or private therapeutic yoga and trained dozens of yoga teachers and found more and more that what people truly wanted when they arrived at my door and needed more than anything was partnership with a coach to handle life's challenges. As a result, I've shifted the focus of my practice to this type of holistic life coaching: offering traditional coaching services alongside the enduring power of therapeutic yoga. I am ecstatic everyday that my job is to help others be the best they can be, and even better than they dreamed.

Brian is a true healer. I came to him after a car accident left me in acute back pain. Brian took it away. I saw my share of physical therapists. I even saw a massage therapist who worked for the US Olympic Team! None of these skilled people could tap into the source of my pain and take it all away like Brian could. Just recently, I reactivated my injury while skiing. My appointment with Brian was a week away, but he worked me into his schedule the next day. Not only did he work me in last minute, he also spent an extra hour with me, explaining the source of what had just happened to my muscles and how they would heal much faster than I’d expected they would. If your body needs any form of healing - spiritual, emotional, or physical - please do yourself a favor and schedule a session with Brian.
